Momentary Mindfulness and Everyday Emotion 2020

The study comprised a baseline survey, followed by 10 days of ESM surveys where participants received 8 ESM surveys each day. At each ESM survey, participants were randomly assigned to a mindfulness intervention or an active control task and then responded to 15 ESM items. Therefore, all participants received either the intervention or control task on different ESM occasions.

SEEL: Social Emotions in Everyday Life

Participants completed a baseline survey on Day 0 and then completed 8 ESM surveys per day for 7 consecutive days. ESM surveys assessed emotion intensity, interpersonal emotion regulation strategies, social interaction features, and group identification with the University of Melbourne. Data was collected over a period in which lockdowns were taking place in Melbourne.

Social Processes Under Daily Situations (SPUDS)

A baseline survey and 7 days of ESM surveys. The dataset comprises time invariant baseline data and time variant ESM data. The ESM data contains branched data. Participants received a different set of ESM items depending on their answer to the first ESM survey item. There is also branched data nested within the "no social interaction" or "social interaction" branches.
